How to Update Charms

Greetings, Patriot Band!

Do you suspect that you are not receiving band communication or are receiving e-mails at an old or unused e-mail address? Have you moved or you need to add other adults to our e-mailing lists?

If you answered yes, you need to update your contact information in Charms. Luckily, the process is very easy and you can take care of it on your own using the following steps:



  • Once logged in, you will see the following screen:


  • Try to log into the student area using your student’s ID number. This is a six digit number usually found on your student’s report card.

  • If the student ID number does not work, ask your child if they changed the password.

  • If your child does not remember their password and the student ID does not work, you need to contact a director to reset your access.

  • If you gain access with the student ID number, it is probable that Charms will prompt you to update the password. Please chose a password that you will remember.

  • Once you gain access to the student area, you will want to navigate to the “Update Info” icon.

  • Once you access the “Update Info” area, you should be able to make the necessary changes to your student’s Charms account.
